With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Park is recognized globally as a world-leading expert in applying AI/ML to semiconductor process control and diagnostics.At Samsung, Dr. Park spearheads the development of cutting-edge Gen AI applications, smart manufacturing systems, and digital twin technologies, transforming high-volume semiconductor production. His work includes pioneering fab-wide data analytics and AI/ML solutions for process and equipment control, as well as creating machine learning-based yield diagnostic and prediction systems to optimize manufacturing processes.Dr. Park's innovations in generative AI and digital twin technologies are at the forefront of semiconductor manufacturing, enabling real-time optimization, predictive maintenance, and adaptive control strategies that significantly enhance yield, quality, and efficiency.
