From Vietnam to Stanford, his innovations have helped shaped modern AI's trajectory. Co-inventor of works like word2vec and seq2seq and word2vec, he also pioneered the AutoML initiative at Google.
Dr. Le was one of the founding engineers at Google Brain at its inception. Honored by MIT Technology Review's "Innovators Under 35", his work on seq2seq motivated the now-ubiquitous Transformer architecture. With 45 papers that have more than 1000 citations, he has come a long way from rural Viet Nam to being one of the most senior and influential members of Google's AI efforts. He earned a PhD in CS at Stanford.
